Happy 4th

Happy July 4th of July🗽

Many of us are struggling with having a Happy 4th. Many are staying home and inside because of coronavirus.🗽🗽

Many have lost people we love and people we know. They were our grandparents, moms, dads. aunts, uncles, sons, daughters,  friends, nieces, nephews, friends, coworkers, and acquaintances.💕💕💕💕💕

Many of us have been or are scary sick, or have tested positive with the virus. Health care workers are dying trying to save us.🥵🥵🤧⛑

Many have and are working from home.  Many have lost jobs,  lost or closed companies, and are struggling to survive. Our  children of all ages finished their school year at home.💔💔😭😭

Many  of us saw our fellow American who was also a Black man die on tv with a Police Officer's foot on his neck.😩💔

We have seen American protests in the streets for Black Lives Matter and other issues such as women's rights, LGBT rights and immigration  reform. 🗽🌈🗣👥

Our country has many other scary problems and our American economy is struggling.

Even with all our challenges, we still have good reasons to celebrate.🗽🎈🎊

We have  fought hard from July 4 1776 to now for our democracy.  A democracy where all women and men are created equal under the law.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Our nation of states, territories,  DC, and other holdings Is not perfect but is becoming more perfect because of our citizens who believe in our constitution and vote and fight everyday to make our nation better and better and better. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🎊🎊🎉🎉🎉🎈🎈🎈✨✨✨🗽🗽🎊

Smelling Good While Working From Home

Smell Good Everyday While Working From Home.

Working from home can be challenging. It is especially challenging during this 2020 coronavirus pandemics.  Many of us who have always worked outside the home are now working from home everyday. We are home 24-7. This can mean spending long stretches of time with children, mates, friends, parents, siblings or alone. All of these configurations can be stressful. To ease some of the stress, we must be proactive. What can we do?

One of the things we can do is get up at a regular time everyday and prepare for the day. 

Preparation may include activities such as breakfast making and eating, exercise, or meditation. However, most importantly it must include self care --bathing and dressing for the day.

Your self care includes how you smell. Smelling good everyday should become your super power. This super power may make those around you more excited to have you around.

Smelling good does not always  mean using a fragrance or aftershave.  It may mean smelling the scent of a great soap or shampoo. It may mean enjoying the clean soapy smell of a non-fragrant soap. However, It can mean applying great perfumes, colognes, and body sprays.

One thing for sure, less fragrance is more in a close environment. Try using pleasant not too heavy fragrances while working from home. Don't apply too much. For example many of
